Camargo Corrêa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário (CCDI) is a business unit of Camargo Corrêa Group – conglomerate with strong tradition and operation in several segments in Brazil – dedicated to real estate development. HM ENGENHARIA E CONSTRUÇÕES

HM Engenharia e Construções (“HM”) is a company that projects, develops, builds and sells low income residential units. The company has aproximately 1,000 employees.

Located in Barretos (SP), HM was founded 30 years ago. Throughout its history, the Company has delivered over 86,700 housing units, 4,600 in 2006 alone, along with 11,000 urban lots and some infrastructure and on-demand construction projects.

HM is focused on the country-side of the State of São Paulo. The company already operated in more than thirty cities State-wise. Actually, HM has plots of land in 14 different cities and construction sites operating on many others.

After Camargo Corrêa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário acquired part of HM's social capital, the company has launched twelve projects in the inner estate of São Paulo and did its first launch in the capital of the estate as partner of CCDI. Since October, 2008, CCDI is owner of 100% of HM's social capital.

HM Engenharia was the first company to sign a contract with CEF from the Federal Program Minha Casa, Minha Vida and is the 7th largest operator of the program in Brazil (in 2009). As a result, HM entered the group of the large Brazilian construction companies, been eligible for differentiated treatment from CEF when its home loan lines of financing are approved.
